No. Everyday photos work well. Clear, well-lit images with visible faces or details produce the best results, but you do not need studio-quality shots.
Yes. During the DIY and Preview stages you can adjust placement, scale, composition, and request refinements (for example, proportions, colors, or small details). We encourage you to review the preview carefully before confirming.
Please contact us as soon as possible. If production has not yet started, we can usually make changes or cancel. Once production is underway, changes may not be possible or may incur additional fees. Reach out promptly with your order number for the best assistance.
