Choose your style → Upload your photo → Add name & text → DIY your design → Preview → Add to cart → Checkout → Pack & ship.

You start by selecting a visual style (realistic, anime-inspired, cartoon, or a blend). Then upload 1–3 photos of people, pets, or moments, add names or short messages, refine the design yourself, and review a preview before final production. This gives you full creative control while our team handles artistic refinement.

No. Everyday photos work well. Clear, well-lit images with visible faces or details produce the best results, but you do not need studio-quality shots.

Yes. During the DIY and Preview stages you can adjust placement, scale, composition, and request refinements (for example, proportions, colors, or small details). We encourage you to review the preview carefully before confirming.

Please contact us as soon as possible. If production has not yet started, we can usually make changes or cancel. Once production is underway, changes may not be possible or may incur additional fees. Reach out promptly with your order number for the best assistance.

The standard process is estimated at 15-20 days, specifically including:
